- If this error code appears while you’re streaming, you’ll have trouble signing in to your account. You’ll get an error message based on the primary issue with your app service. - If you’ve forgotten your password, click or tap Forgot your Password.
- Check the message from Disney on your email client.
- Acquire a six-digit passcode.
- Return to Disney Plus and enter the passcode once more.
- Proceed by clicking or tapping the Continue button.
- Enter your new password now.
- You can now log in to Disney Plus with your new password.
