- Users can watch Paramount Plus on a variety of compatible streaming devices. To resolve playback issues on your Paramount Plus app, select your device from the list below and follow the troubleshooting steps.
- Navigate to the Settings menu on your Fire TV.
- Navigate to Applications.
- Select the Manage Installed Applications
- Navigate to the Paramount Plus app.
- Select Force Stop.
- For a few minutes, switch off your network and modem. It will re-establish your Internet connection. You can reactivate them and start Paramount Plus.
- Open the Fire TV’s Settings menu.
- Choose Applications.
- Select the Manage Installed Applications option.
- Select Plus from the menu.
- Click the Clear Cache button.
- Then, choose Clear Data.
- Go to your Roku device’s Options menu.
- Choose Network.
- Click the Check Connection button. It will let you know if you have a fast enough network connection to stream Paramount Plus.
- Unplug your Roku device and wait for 1 minute.
- Plug your Roku device back in.
- Relaunch Paramount Plus.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select System.
- Select System Update
- Select the Check Now option.
- Install any available updates.
- Navigate to System under the Settings menu.
- Choose Power.
- Click the System Restart button.

- Click the System Restart button.
- It could be an issue with the browser you’re currently using. Access the Paramount Plus site in a different browser.
- Switch off your computer and disconnect your modem and router.
- Before plugging them back in, wait at least 1 minute.
- Power on your computer after connecting to the Internet and try again.
- Start your browser’s Menu function.
- Go to the History section.
- Select the Clear Cache/Clear History option.
- Make sure the time range is set to All Time.
- Select Browsing History, Cookies, and Cache from the drop-down menus.
- Select the Clear/Delete option.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Choose Applications.
- Navigate to the Paramount Plus app.
- Choose Force Quit.
- Restart your computer to try again.
- Switch off your device.
- Disconnect your router and modem.
- Wait at least one minute.
- Reconnect both your modem and router.
- Turn your device on.
- Check to see if the playback problem persists.
- Switch off your mobile device’s Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- Wait a few seconds for the connection to reset.
- Restart it and try to open the Paramount Plus app.
- Stop using the Paramount Plus app.
- Wait a few moments.
- Now, try relaunching it.
