- A factory reset on your Hisense TV can help repair bugs and other known issues; depending on the sort of error your smart TV is experiencing; you can execute a soft or hard factory reset. However, you’ll need a remote control to complete the process in a few steps.

- Make sure the television is turned on.
- Find the reset button.
- For 15 seconds, press and hold the reset button.
- Allow the television to switch off and on twice.
- Remove the TV from the outlet.
- Hold down the Power button.
- While holding the Power button, unplug the TV.
- Press and hold the Power button.
- Hold down the Menu and Volume Down buttons together.
- Repeat steps 5–6
- Plug in the television and turn it on.
- Remove the Hisense TV’s power cord from the outlet.
- After 5 minutes, push the power button on the bottom of your smart television.
- Hold for 60 seconds
- Connect the power cord.
- After a few moments, repeat the same process.
- On your Hisense television, look for physical buttons such as Volume and Menu.
- Hold down the Volume + and Menu buttons together.
- Don’t forget to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- You’ll notice that your Hisense TV screen now has a blue light on it.
- The image will show on your screen after a few seconds.
- The soft reset is complete, and you can now return to the default settings.
- Some streaming errors persist even after a soft reset. To restore your TV to factory default settings and remove reoccurring streaming issues, execute a hard or factory reset.
- Switch on your Hisense television.
- Look for the reset pinhole at the back of your TV.
- Insert a toothpick or other small wooden stick into the pinhole and press it for at least 20 seconds until your Hisense TV restarts.
- To begin, download the Hisense RemoteNow app from the Google Play Store or the AppStore.
- Make sure your smartphone and TV are connected to the same network after downloading.
- Open the Hisense RemoteNow application.
- Create an account.
- Try to connect your Hisense TV to your smartphone now.
- Select your Hisense TV model by pressing the Select button.
- On your TV screen, a PIN will display.
- Pair the app after entering the PIN.
- Navigate to the Settings menu if the pairing was successful.
- Go to the Device Preferences section.
- Choose Reset.
- Tap the Erase Everything button.
